IAC Position

The scan tool displays counts from 0 to 1,024. The counts represent the commanded IAC position by the PCM. The scan tool displays 0 counts for a fully seated IAC pintle. The counts increase as the idle increases. The counts vary depending on the load placed on the engine at idle.
