Trunk / Liftgate Lock: Service and Repair

LIFTGATE LATCH AND LOCK ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the liftgate trim.




4. Remove the bolts, then remove the liftgate latch and lock actuator.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
