Knock Sensor: Service and Repair

KNOCK SENSOR (KS) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the KS connector.




2. Remove the KS installation bolt and remove the KS.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

KS tightening torque: 15 - 25 N.m {1.6 - 2.5 kgf.m, 12 - 18 ft.lbf}
