Control Assembly: Service and Repair

Replacement

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove floor console trim plate screws and remove trim plate.
3. Remove retaining screws from console side panels and swing out (both sides).
4. Disconnect cables, vacuum lines and wiring and remove control head assembly.
5. Remove controller assembly.
6. Disconnect temperature cable.
7. To install, reverse.
