LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD






Install the new intake manifold gasket.
Tighten end seal retainer screws 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.)

Install lower intake manifold. Install the bolts
Torque 1 Nm (10 in. lbs.).
Torque bolts 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).

Then torque again 22 Nm (200 in. lbs.).
After intake manifold is in place, inspect to make sure seals are in place.
